YOGA......Its amazing and has truly changed the way my body moves and feels. It has only been 2 1/2 months and my body has changed so much. I recommend it to everyone who can walk and breathe. Yes I think its that important.
So if you can find the time and a space to do it. Just do it, its totally worth it!

I am so glad you 'made' me sign up for a class! Even after my first one, that breathing exercise I learned has actually helped me fall asleep faster!
I've thought about taking a yoga class but not sure. From what I've heard it's supposed to be great for you. Is it difficult?
I have always wanted to try Yoga, and I think you just gave me the inspiration to give it a shot! :)
Sorry. I am totally poaching on this blog, but I feel a strong urge to comment. If you love yoga, you need to check out yogatoday.com. The website has free online hour long classes. There are three instructors: Neesha, Sarah, and Adi. Neesha is super annoying, but Sara and Adi are very good. Adi is my personal favorite. And some of the classes kick my trash. These are especially good for people who have already done yoga before and know more or less what each pose is supposed to look and feel like. They classes also change every day so it isn't like a video which can get boring after a while because you have done it so many times.
O.k. I am done.
Cool! TFS! I need to take some introductory classes to learn the moves and then that could be a great thing to try. I'm all about free.
